Monterey Bay Spread with Salmon

 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 

Place baguette slices on a cookie sheet and brush each slice with olive oil.  Toast in oven for approximately 10 minutes or until light brown.  Remove from oven and let cool.  Combine whipped cream cheese and Monterey Bay Lemon Dill and spread each slice with mixture.  Top with small piece of smoked salmon and a sprig of dill.

1 sourdough baguette – sliced thin

½ c. whipped cream cheese

¾ tsp. Monterey Bay Lemon Dill

1 package smoked salmon – (either Lox or hard smoked salmon)

Fresh dill
