Spiced Up Pork Loin

1 - 3 lb. pork loin

Olive oil

2 Tb. Mediterranean Grilling Spice

2 Tb. Jamaican Sweet Heat

¼ tsp. Smoked Spanish Paprika.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Brush entire pork loin with olive oil.  Mix Mediterranean Grilling Spice, Jamaican Sweet Heat and Smoked Spanish Paprika together and sprinkle entire roast with the mixture,  Place roast in pan on elevated rack and roast for 1 ½ hours (until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.)  Remove from oven and let stand 15 – 20 minutes.
