Grilled Salmon with Key Largo Lime Pepper Butter

 4 - 6 oz. pieces of salmon about 1” thick – skin on

½ tsp. salt

½  tsp. Key Largo Lime Pepper

Prepare grill before using by lightly oiling rack.  Sprinkle salt and Key Largo Lime Pepper on each side of filets.  Over medium heat place salmon, skin side down on grill.  Cook 4 minutes.  Turn and cook filets 4 to 6 minutes more.  Remove to a serving dish and serve with Key Largo Lime Pepper Butter.

Key Largo Lime Pepper Butter:

1 garlic clove chopped

4 Tb. melted butter (unsalted)

½ tsp. Key Largo Lime Pepper

¼ c. lime juice

½ tsp. salt

Saute garlic until softened. Add butter, Key Largo Lime Pepper, lime juice and salt.  Simmer two minutes and serve over salmon.
