Nawlins BBQ Shrimp

2 dozen large shrimp cleaned and shelled

5 Tb. butter

2 cloves minced garlic

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 ½ tsp. Nawlins Shrimp Seasoning

½ shrimp stock (chicken broth can be substituted)

¼ c. beer

Combine 3 Tb. butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and the Nawlins Shrimp Seasoning in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and stir for two minutes.  Add the final 2 Tb. of  butter and the stock.  Continue to cook for two more minutes stirring often.  Finally add the beer.  Cook one minute more. Serve with lots of French bread (for sopping that wonderful sauce).
