Glazed Carrots

1 lb. baby carrots

2 Tb. butter

1 c. ginger ale

½ tsp. Mediterranean Grilling Spice

½ tsp Jamaican Sweet Heat

In a heavy saucepan, combine carrots, butter and ginger ale over medium heat.  Bring to a simmer and reduce the heat to low.  Cover and cook 5 minutes.  Remove the lid and add the Mediterranean Grilling Spice and the Jamaican Sweet Heat.  Cook 4 to 5 minutes more stirring occasionally until the sauce is reduced to a glaze.  Serve warm.
